Why was I charged less than my original invoice?

We sell Brisket by the pound. Due to every steer being different in shape and size, we can't definitively know the weight of the brisket until we pull from the smoker, pack and ship. Which is why 9 out of 10 times you will be charged less than originally estimated.

How are your proteins sourced?

We use USDA Certified Black Angus Beef from CREEKSTONE FARMS, working with single family farms and verify to ranch of birth.

Is this stuff organic?

We don't use any antibiotics, added hormones, growth promoting drugs, or artificial ingredients. All animals on the ranch receive a 100% vegetarian diet and raised on GMO-free feed, while practicing humane animal handling procedures.

What is your return policy?
