The brisket is a very tough cut of meat which comes from the cows chest muscle. Which is why it takes us 30+ hours to brine, smoke and prepare each brisket before we send it your way. We reserve the cost of a full 10 lb brisket, then adjust the price for actual weight when pulled from smoker.🔥

Vacuumed, sealed and put into a thermal pouch with ice packs. Arrives cold (not frozen). If consuming the same or next day, leave in fridge. If later, store in freezer.

I know a lot of you love the crazy flavors, pistachio crusts and date glazed briskets but I love the salt and pepper brisket because it is so flexible. I can do a sandwhich for the kids and if I want to upgrade for guests I can do a pesto pasta with brisket. Its super tender and moist and easy to work wioth.
Prices are reasonable and portions are massive.
Some people seem to be confused. This place is not a sitdown restaurant. They deliver just to days a week, and most of the time unless you have preordered most of the food is gone the first day. And this is probably because the BBQ is darn good. I like how they allow you to choose between the lean and fatty ends of the brisket and also let you choose between a more crustier and tender types. I dont know any other smokehouse that give you those choices. Five stars all the way.
This is a new place but I hope they expand to a sit down type of restaurant. Always ordering delivery and eating at home is kind of lame. i mean the bbq is absolutely amazing but would be nice to pick up and eat there.
Fantastic BBQ everytime we stop. Love the fatty brisket and fries.
