We finish smoking our meats for the week Friday 6 AM, load up our trucks and get ready to deliver within a 20-mi radius by 10 AM for a delivery fee of $8.99; FREE if order totals $99+. All foods arrive chilled and vacuum packed unless instructed otherwise. Specific delivery times for catering and custom orders can be accommodated of course. Below is a map to give you a rough estimate of the truck delivery radius. Anything outside must be mailed unless first discussed.

OUT OF STATE

We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail for a charge of ~$18.00. Orders are shipped out every Wednesday and most arrive within 1 - 2 business days; chilled and vacuum packed. If you are going to consume within the day, store in refrigerator, if not store in freezer.
